Q: What are pets and what do they do?
A: Pets are powerful elemental creatures that can be friend or foe. Once you collect some pets, they can fight alongside your knights, dealing damage, and swaying the tide of battle with their various abilities.
Abilities are various powers that pets can use during battle that can have various effects on the knights or the enemies. Some abilities will increase likelihood of critical attacks against your opponent, there are others can deal burning damage over time, and there are even some that can create a shield around the knight to protect them from incoming attacks.

Q: What are the Hunting Grounds?
A: The Hunting Grounds are an area where you can see, acquire and use your collection of bait. Bait are magical items of various rarities and elements that can attract various pets. The pets it has a chance of attracting can be seen by tapping on the bait.
After choosing the bait you wish to use, various pets will be summoned into battle against your combat party. Every pet you defeat will be added to your inventory. However, if you get defeated, any remaining pets will escape.
Q: How does combining pets work?
A: In order to combine pets you need to have a Pets & Potions building and 8 non-sick pets of the same rarity and tier. It’s also preferable to use pets of the same element, as using different elements increases the chances of the pet getting “Fusion Sickness”.
“Fusion Sickness” occasionally happens when you combine pets. Being sick affects the pet’s overall stats temporarily, and prevents them from being enhanced away, or combined. It can be healed, however, by using a “Sickness Cure” potion after selecting the sick pet in the “My Pets” menu. Alternatively, you could wait until the pet recovers naturally, which is shown as a timer on the pet.
Before you combine, you have the option to use potions; which are elixirs acquired in the “Potion Shop” that can affect the outcome of the combination by decreasing the chance of the pet becoming sick, and increasing the likelihood of the pet being a higher rarity than the pets you used!
