I cannot login into my game. How can I fix this?.

I'm stuck on the login screen, how can I enter?

Not being able to login to your game can be very frustrating. However, this issue is mostly just caused by temporary server synchronization issues between your game and the server.

Therefore we recommend the following steps if you should be stuck on the login screen, as they have already helped plenty of other players to solve similar issues:

1. Restart your App
2. Reinstall your App
3. Clear the Cache of your App/ repair the files
4. Reset your internet connection

What if I still cannot login with my usual credentials?
If you still do not have access to the email account or ingame account or you want to change your Email associated with your Camelot ID, you must first of all prove that you are the owner of this account by providing our game support team with the answers to the following security questions:

- Exact username and server

- Last two Ingame-Currency purchases

- Last two purchases with real money + copy of receipt

- Approximate join date

- Approximate date of last login

- Original email of the account

Moreover we need the following data in regard to the Camelot ID:

  1. New email (CANNOT BE CONNECTED TO ANOTHER CAMELOT ACCOUNT!)
