I did not receive the correct contents of the chest, what can I do? Follow

If your content that you received from a chest does not match the description, then please send our support a message via the game containing the following information:


1. Your UserID + World ID
2. The exact name of the item you were supposed to receive, and which item you received instead.
3. A screenshot which shows the item you received and a screenshot depicting the description of the chest
4. The date you received the wrong item.

This information will help our support to investigate your problem in the best possible manner.
