Lieutenants are some of the most powerful weapons to obtain as a player. You can get them by doing challenge jobs, fighting bosses, or from the Favor Page. Assign lieutenants to your inner circle to obtain bonus powers granted by those lieutenants. As you grow stronger, the amount of lieutenants you can assign to your inner circle increases. Each lieutenant seat grants the lieutenant an additional bonus as stated on the seat. For example, the Right Hand seat has a bonus of leveling up your lieutenant. Lieutenants level up the same way you do, by gaining experience points through doing jobs, fighting bosses, and battling other players.
