Troubleshooting.

Android:                       
To Force Close:
1. Tap on the app switcher icon on your device (usually a square next to the home button)
2. A preview of currently running apps will be displayed
3. Swipe away an app's preview to close it, or tap the "x" in the upper right corner of the app's preview If the problem persists and force closing and reloading the game does not resolve the issue, please try resetting your internet connection using the instructions below. 
If you are connected to a mobile data network (4G or 5G):
1. Press and hold your device's power button until your device powers down
2. Wait 60 seconds, then hold the power button to turn your device back on
3. Relaunch the game 

If you are connecting using Wi-Fi:
1. Open your device’s settings menu
2. Turn off Wi-Fi
3. Power cycle your Wi-Fi router (turn it off, wait 60 seconds, then turn it back on)
4. Turn Wi-Fi back on in the settings menu of your device
5. Relaunch the game 

If resetting your connection does not resolve the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the game. 
Please make sure that your account is linked to a recovery option beforehand (Google Play, Game Center, email address). 

To Uninstall:
1. Open your device's settings menu, then tap "Apps" or "Application Manager" (this may differ depending on your device)
2. Find the game in the list of apps and tap on it
3. Tap Uninstall
4. Locate the game in your app store and reinstall              
Please try clearing both cache and user data of all the following: 
Play Store, Play Service, Download Manager (if applicable), and then reboot your phone and try again. If that doesn't help, go to settings -- apps -- Google Play Store and go to the "…" in the top right corner, and select "uninstall updates." Then, reboot and try.       
    
iOS:
To Force Close:
1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it. 
If the problem persists and force closing and reloading the game does not help, please try resetting your internet connection using the instructions below. If you are connected to a mobile data network (4G or 5G):
1. Press and hold your device's power button until the slider appears
2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off
3. Wait 60 seconds, then hold the power button to turn your device back on
4. Relaunch the game 
If you are connecting using Wi-Fi:
1. Tap the settings icon on your device
2. Tap on Wi-Fi, then turn off the toggle switch at the top of the Wi-Fi menu
3. Power cycle your Wi-Fi router (turn it off, wait 60 seconds, then turn it back on)
4. Turn Wi-Fi back on in the settings menu of your device
5. Relaunch the game If resetting your connection does not resolve the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the game. 
Please make sure that you have a recovery option linked to your account beforehand (Google Play, Game Center, email address).
1. Uninstall the game by tapping and holding the icon and tapping the ‘x’
2. Power cycle your device (turn it off, wait 60 seconds, then turn it back on)
3. Locate the game in the App Store and reinstall
