I had a Twitter account - what do I do?

Twitter support was removed from the game with 3.7.0 patch update due to limitation to API calls. You are offered to change your login social network to Facebook. In order to do that, please follow these steps:

1) Create a new player account on the same kingdom where your original one is and link it to Facebook.

2) Contact Support and provide both player name and kingdom name.

3) Please keep a bit of patience while we are processing your request.

 

Can I link my Facebook account to a new Facebook profile?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow that due to security reasons.

 

My troops are gone although have been set to stay idle - what happened?

If there is a War Event in your alliance or one of your higher-ups declared war, your city wall will be set to Auto-reinforce and will be manned automatically. That mechanic is intended to be there to make sure no city is helpless against a sudden attack. The mechanic applies to such events as Time of War as well.

I cannot send gifts to my Facebook friends. What do I do?

If you have issues sending gifts to your Facebook friends, first make sure they are located on the same kingdom as you. Should that be the case but issue persists, please contact support and share your in-game name and in-game names of players you wish to send gifts to.
