When you go to "Character Transfer", you will likely see the Game Center/Google Play login screen if you're not already logged in.

We've switched our character binding system to Game Center because it's a lot simpler than the email system - if you're logged into Game Center, you're good to go. There's no danger of misspelling your email address or losing the email with the retrieval code.
