Missing Rewards from a Promotion.
Some Rewards will take a few days to be paid out. Make sure to check each Promotion, the dates should be stated there.
If you have waited 48 hours after the Promotion ended, and you are still missing your Prizes, please contact our Support Team, with the following information:
- Name of the Event/Promotion
- Date
- Items missing
- Screenshots (if possible)
