In order to block any unwanted chat from another player, tap the username of the offending player while in global chat. This will open a player info tab. To block the player, tap on the Ignore button and tap OK to confirm the action. Additionally, you can also block unwanted emails by tapping the Block button on the bottom right corner of your Mail.

If you would like to report a player for abuse please send in a ticket with a screenshot of the offensive chat as well as the offending player's game ID. We take these reports very seriously but please note, due to privacy concerns, we cannot disclose the results of the investigation or any actions taken on another players account.
