I'm stuck on the login screen, how can I enter?
Not being able to login to your game can be very frustrating. However, this issue is mostly just caused by temporary server synchronisation issues between your game and the server.
Therefore we recommend the following steps if you are stuck on the login screen, as they have already helped plenty of other players to solve similar issues:
1. Restart your App
2. Clear the Cache of your App/Repair the files
3. Reset your internet connection
What if I still cannot login with my usual credentials?
If you still do not have access to your email or ingame account or you want to change your Email associated with your DECA ID, you must first prove that you are the owner of this account by providing our support team with the answers to the following security questions:
1. Player Name, ID and World
2. Current email address linked with the account
3. Last (2) Mirlith Purchase from at least two months ago
4. Other Domain (World) Names and Player Names (with lesser Might)
5. Join Date (approximate is OK)
6. Last played date (approximate is OK)
