We always appeal to the order among all our players, and so we support non-toxic and friendly communication across all game channels. To support the positive behavior in the game, the set of communication rules exists.  

Violations of stated rules can result in global chat ban, and the punishment issued is generally determined by previous ban history and the severity of violation.
