Change email / password linked to the game.

Due to the limitations of our tools, it is not possible to change personal data such as the email address linked to your game. Once you have registered your game with DECA, you will permanently link the account to the selected ID.

If you no longer have access to the email you used to link the account, contact our team by sending us a ticket and attaching the following information as account verification:


- Account name, ID and realm in which you mainly play
- Screenshots of receipts for the last 2 ruby ​​purchases (at least two month old)
- The date of creation of your account. (Approximate)
- The date you last accessed your account. (Approximate)
- The email address linked to your account
- The new email address (must not be connected to any other DECA gaming account).
- If you wish, a new password associated with this new email address
