Items have disappeared from my account.

It can be very frustrating to have your items disappear. However, pretty often these cases can be caused by server synchronization issues. Therefore, we recommend you try the following steps as they helped other players to solve similar issues:

1. Restart your App
2. Clear the Cache of your App/Repair the files
3. Reset your internet connection

If the items are still not appearing please contact our support in game with the following information:

1. Exact name and quantity of the items missing from your account.

2. Exact date and time when you lost the items.

3. Please describe what you were doing when you noticed the missing items.

4. Did you receive any error message when it happened?

5. Any available screenshots regarding the missing items (if possible).

These details will help our support department trace the items lost and return them as needed.
