We can help if your payment went through but you did not receive your items. If you had an issue with your payment itself, please contact Google or Apple. Prior to contacting Payments Support, please allow 24 hours for your items to be added to your account.
If after 24 hours you have not received your purchase please use the Contact Us link below this article to send us a message. Submitting a Payments request is just like asking a question about a technical issue, so please be as detailed as possible when you write us. Please make sure to provide us with as much detail about your transaction as possible, including the following:
- Your username or ID.
- Which payment service you used
- Date and time of purchase
- A screen shot of your whole receipt showing the game, amount, and order number.
