Losing resources you sent can be very frustrating. You can contact our support via the game with the following information and they will be happy to assist you:
1. Player name + Realm
2. When the resources disappeared
3. Which resources you sent and how much
4. Did you try the standard fixes like: Clear cache, repair files, reinstall the app, restart of the app and reset your internet connection?
All this information will help our CS staff and the developers to solve your problem as soon as possible.
