Dendroid is a Fighter type unit with low attack, speed and good defense. However, their defensive orientation (in both theme and stats) makes them more of Protectors rather than Fighters. Dendroid's special ability is a chance to stun its target with basic attacks. They're remarkably similar to the basic unit, Maul Fighter. In fact, they can be used together with the Maul Fighter to offer more opportunities to stun enemies. Dendroids also benefit from increased healing, which makes them very sturdy when paired with Nymphs.

Dendroids are members of the Dendroid (Ent) race. Healing a Dendroid is thus more effective and enemies cannot use lifesteal or vampirism to restore health from attacking the Dendroids. However, Dendroids are also immune to normal resurrection spells and they take 50% more burn damage.
