One of the most common mistakes our mistakes our players do is using several additional researcher or workers right from the Store page. You should not do this under any circumstances!

To use additional workers and researchers, you should do the following:

• Activate ONE researcher or worker from the Store.
• Open a window with the building upgrade or a research menu which you want to activate.
• Tap "Upgrage" or "Research".
• If there won't be enough time to cover the process with your additional researcher or worker and you won't be able to start the process, the game AUTOMATICALLY will offer you one of two options: either to activate another worker or researcher or prolong the effect of the existing worker or researcher with crystals.

Remember that multiple activations or workers or researchers in the Store WILL NOT allow you to STACK UP their time.
