Why don't I have the Facebook login button in DragonVale?
If you are not seeing a Facebook login button in the Social menu of DragonVale, it is because DECA Games has introduced an age verification step to DragonVale in order to comply with changes to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
How can I fix this?
If you accidentally entered the incorrect date of birth when initially prompted, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or submit a ticket using the link at the top of this page. Please be sure to include your park ID and also let us know what platform you are playing on (iOS or Android).
To locate your local park ID, please go into DragonVale, tap Options, and tap the green "Park ID" button. Copy down the long string of letters/numbers exactly, double-check it, and send it in your email.
Once we are able to locate your park and verify it will be safe, we will walk you through the necessary steps to change the date of birth and get your park access to Facebook and other social features.
