Not Receiving Colosseum or Quest Rewards.

Why Am I Not Receiving My Rewards From The Colosseum And/Or Quests?

If you seem to be having issues receiving your rewards, please read the article below for detailed information on how and when rewards are added, and what to look out for to make sure you're receiving what you've won.  

Colosseum Rewards

When you complete a Colosseum event, the rewards (Gems, DragonCash, etc.) are added to your totals nearly instantly. It happens very quickly so it can be easy to miss, but if you keep an eye on your totals as you complete the event you should see your items added. Please note that this happens while the reward window is still open, not after you close it. These screenshots will give you an example of what this looks like in the game. 


In the screenshot above, you can see this park is about to complete a Colosseum event and currently has 1,122,082,308 DragonCash and 441 Gems. 


In the screenshot taken just after the completing the Colosseum event, you can see this park won 90,947 DragonCash and 5 Gems, bringing the totals to 1,122,173,255 and 446.


Kairos/Gaia Quest Rewards

Similar to the Colosseum rewards, chest rewards from Kairos and Gaia quests are also added to your total before you close the chest window. The screenshots below will demonstrate how these rewards are added. 


In the screenshot above we can see this park won 2 keys and currently has 444 Gems and 23,455,498 Dragon Treats. 


Now after opening a chest containing a Gem, we can see the Gem total has increased by one and now shows 445 Gems. 


Finally, we can see that after opening the chest containing 20,000 Dragon Treats, they have been added to the Treat total, bringing it to 23,475,498.
